A little more summer fun

In No Particular Order ~ Fun Was Had by All!

Peyton and her personality.
Showing off the outfit Cam picked out for her in Arizona and showing off my new kickers.
Showing off Daddy's new kickers
Ummm.....does the cactus have the upper hand in this one?
They say they average 70 years old before they start to branch out.
How old do you think this one is?
This one had a cool mustache!
Do you see it?
Poke It.
Pick It?
 Umm.....
The plate on this 65 Mustang says "DJ'S PONY"
Blurry going down the highway at 80 mph in the dark.
The views were spectacular!
 The Goldfield Gold Mine Town

The Mystery Shack! All illusions, but pretty fun!
The water is flowing up hill!?!?
 Lots of iron!

This right here is the porta potty that was brought down into the gold mine daily for the guys to do their duty. One guy had the job of pulling the crapper into and out of the mine daily, they had to clean it out too! Yuck!

A shaft for sending the miners into the ground.

We even found Happy Valley.
There was a Princess Ave too!

The wildlife was a little different from mosquito's and worms.
This is how we roll!
Peyton parked her bike and hung up her helmet the other day.
Huh, she found a different helmet!
Peace Baby!

Showing off the new treasures from "Caffy at the office".
Cathy spoils them!

Sugarland

I got to go to another Sugarland Concert!
This one was at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater.
An outdoor concert!

 Still, she gives me goosebumps!
 It was a rainy evening,
I caught this rainbow about a mile north of our house
while on the way to the concert.

Peyton is taking a liking to the camera and self portraits.
Here she is trying to take her picture with her new doll she got for her Birthday.
Photographing her new Twinkle Toes shoes that were purchased for her first day of Kindergarten.
 Can't quite reach!
Grandma! Come lift me up!
Peyton got a couple of good swings in on it.

Summer Days Going By

Peyton Danced at the Cannon Valley Fair in the 100 degree heat, again! And loved it, again!

Spending a little time together on some rides.
A little time became 6 trips on the same ride.

Coaching him up the hill.
His flip flops were so slippery on the aluminum he couldn't get up the hill without help.
I went on the first trip through this with him and after that I decided that it wasn't in my best interest to continue.........that stuff just doesn't feel like it is built to hold an adult.
On his way down the slide he did circles.
Not intentionally.
It just happened that way.
A skinny boy in a big slide leads to the heavy end going down first.
 Tyler at the pull.
Stud! In his sisters sunglasses!
 Nice looking truck!
 Time for some fireworks!
This was at Treasure Island!
What a Zoo!
People and traffic everywhere, I have never seen so much traffic in one place.

This picture is from Wanamingo.
Wanamingo had a better show than Treasure Island did.
Umm, this may be the only time ever he can ride a Harley.
In the rain!
Moving it for someone that didn't want to get wet!
My girlie girl.
The boys were trying to be funny in the back!
Goofballs!
 Like Father, Like Daughter.
Two peas in a pod!
Swimming lesson are a hit!
Even DJ doesn't mind passing time while Peyton is at her lesson.

She went down the slide. I am not so sure she realized that there was water on the end and not grass.
Took her by surprise.
Tyler has mastered the diving board!

A beautiful Sky At Night ~ Sailers Delight

Spring 2012 Dance Recital
Taking some pointers from Dad before giving it the good ol' push.
I did it!

Again, pointers from Dad....
Patiently waiting for the ball to get to the pins!
A little family competition never hurts anyone.
Cam kept looking over to be sure he was beating his Mother!
Ha! She kicked his butt!
Well, actually I don't know for sure, but she probably did!
 Teamwork
DJ is steering
Kelly has the gas pedal covered
Larry is saying "no, not that way, go the other way, oh, turn around".....The Commentator
Peyton picked out some pretty flowers to give to her favorite dancer.
Cousin Megan.
First Fair of 2012.
This was in Eleva, WI.

 DJ on the slide.
She is growing up on me. She did the slide by herself.
A truck pulling romance, wink, wink.....
Notice she has her Dad's fire shoes on!!??
 One door closes, another opens.

 First pool excursion for 2012.
The slide has become a jumping bag.

My little girl is actively playing soccer!
And let me tell you!
She can kick that ball.
Now we just gotta get them kicking it in the right direction.
Each team scored on themselves.
I guess we can call it a tie.
