Summer Adventures

One of my new fave places in the Cities.
The Childrens Museum!
A spot for the itty bitties in every exhibit!!
DJ loved that!
Peyton went grocery shopping, made dinner, delivered the mail, planted flowers and took her baby to the hospital.
The balance room.

The warehouse.

DJ worked for Peyton in the warehouse.

Played with the boats, running them through different dams.

Splashed Water.

Splashed more water.

Blew Bubbles.

Planted and picked flowers.

Became a turtle. And a Beaver. And an Ant in the ant farm.

Painted rocks.

Made sand castles.

DJ loves Peyton's tractor, they fight over it.

I still call her Baby Peyton

Peyton planted these flowers all by herself.
Picked out the pot
Picked out the flowers
Brought them home and planted them
She is growing up on me, but I still call her "Baby Peyton"

Baby Peyton is teaching DJ all the fun stuff already!

They both look so proud to be up where DJ shouldn't be.
Check out those gorgeous smiles!!
I love all of them.

DJ is moving from one end of the house to the other, via his feet!!
He still needs support, but it won't be long and he will be fully mobile. Sound asleep

Hmmm....must be a good dream??

Whoa, she must be a hotty!

Winding the clock.

Her first fair ride, alone.
This was in Taylor, WI.
We snuck over to the fair that Cam was pulling at.

Picnic

A couple weeks ago Cam took us on a picnic to the Mississippi River.
The kids loved it!
Can't you tell by the pictures?

Peyton took the camera from me, this is what she did.

Pretty good aim for a 2 year old.

This summer is going to fly by.

Pulling is in full swing. We are having fun.

MN Zoo & Pulling

A couple weeks back I took the kids to the MN Zoo. Bought a Season Pass too. I love the Zoo.

Would you stop taking my picture, I want to relax.

Let me out!

Peyton was feeding the goats, she went into the pen and pet every single goat, even hugged some of them. I made her come outside the cage to feed the goat.

He wanted the food that went down her sleeve, I didn't realize her entire hand was in his mouth until I took the camera away from my view. She didn't mind.
Next she wanted to go in the cage with the cows and then with the bears.
So I guess I need to teach her the difference between safe animals and not so safe animals.

Peyton was watering flowers on Mothers Day.
Daddy stepped in to have her cool off a nut that he just got done grinding on,
she was happy to help.

Finally! We have missed you!
Look at those smiles!
I am speechless.

I was in the kitchen, cleaning, step around the corner to find this.

Oh, hi Mom, you see me!

Look! No Hands!

I didn't have it in me to take a pic of the crash, so you only get to see the happy parts.

Here is a video of the coyote's howling at the Zoo.

Peyton wanted to help her Dad load up the weights at the pull last weekend. She started picking that thing up by herself. Then Grandpa stepped in to give a little assistance. Baby in one hand and weight in the other.

Cam took home 3rd in the Light Class, 1st in the Heavy Class and 1st in the Street Mod too.

Not too shabby.

I am having my garage sale this weekend.

Lots to do.

Hope to see Ty again this weekend too!

Oh, and going for DJ's 9 mo pictures on Thursday

Taking Landon too, for his 6 month pictures.

That will be fun!!
